This time of year is always thought to be joyous and full of event making memories. Whether invited to extended family’s house for dinner, office parties or just catching up with friends to socialize. There is the added stress of trying to maintain a healthy diet, stay on our exercise schedule and keep up with our basic beauty routine. Sometimes we look at our calendars and wonder how we are going to fit it all in.
